Join the community of photographers and videographers at the Foster Photography Mixer in downtown, Flint! Learn from award-winning industry professionals and connect with other like-minded people in your field of interest and/or profession. The night will feature a time for networking followed by a talk by our guest speakers and a Q&A.

Guest speakers Khalid Ibrahim, Leigh Ann Cobb and Marek Dziekonski, will be sharing their stories; how they entered the world of commercial photography, why they love what they do, and offer their own insights to furthering creative careers.

Fun starts June 13th at 6pm!

Khalid Ibrahim is a portrait photographer whose client list ranges from Michigan State University to Amazon and Urban Outfitters. Approaching photography like eating pomegranates, Khalid does the messy, prep work behind the scenes and hands over a beautiful product in the end. Check out his website for more information:

Leigh Ann Cobb, or L.A., is primarily a natural light photographer, utilizing her surroundings for shoots to capture moments in their truest form. Focusing in the moment rather than fixing the product in post, L.A.’s work has been seen in several fashion, arts and photography publications as well as working with local businesses. Marek Dziekonski believes in abstract art and uses his photography and editing skills to create worlds that don’t exist. After studying Art Design and Media at Richmond University in London, Dziekonkski Photography surrounded himself with a team of talented creatives and now works with clients like Adweek, and AAA Life. Dziekonkski handles everything from lifestyle photography to high quality product photography. More information at:
